WOD for 16 January…

So here is the workout. Max Squat, there are two sets of numbers, top is my wife, bottom is mine. I got to 295, happy with that as I haven’t squatted that heavy in a long time, but with my knees having gone bad a long time ago. My eventual goal as long as my knees stay good is to get double body weight.
